The Periwinkle B&B is a bright, friendly and cheerful home. Each room in the house is well appointed and tastefully decorated the walls adorned with beautiful paintings many painted by Joan herself. All bedrooms are en suite with Toiletries, Hairdryers, Tea/Coffee facilities, Cable TV, and free WiFi Internet, Guests have Ironing facilities, and upon request same day laundry facilities may be arranged. Guest Internet Phone for very cheap international calls is also available. , The Periwinkle B&B is a non smoking house but smoking facilities are available. Grattan Park is so peaceful and quiet that it is hard to believe it is just a short walk to the hustle and bustle of the city centre.

The Periwinkle B&B is located 50 metres from the beach in a quiet cul de sac with "Residents only parking" so parking is not an issue, and are a10 minute walk to the city centre while ten minutes walking by the sea in the opposite direction will bring you to the seaside town of Salthill, making the Periwinkle an ideal location for a visit to Galway. Joan is happy to help you plan your day or arrange your Bus Tours many at discount prices and usually can have you picked up at the house (free of charge!). Your choice of breakfast is included in your stay. There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. We offer a 20% child discount when children under 12 yrs are sharing with two parents. Babies under 2 years are free and a cot is available on request. Prices from €37.50 p.p.s. (per person sharing per night) and from €55.00 for a single occupancy. Longer stay discounts are available.
