The Cliffs stand almost 200m above sea level and stretch 8km from Hag’s Head to a point beyond O’Brien’s Tower. Hag’s Head is a rock formation which resembles a seated woman looking out to sea. There are spectacular views of cliffs, sea caves and the ocean from this vantage point.

O'Brien's Tower, built as an observation point, stands at the highest point of the cliffs On a clear day one can see as far as Galway Bay, the Aran Islands and the Twelve Bens of Connemara.
